This past weekend was the 15th Annual Lahaina Town Clean Up. Over the past 15 years thousands of volunteers have come together to help clean up over 7 square miles of Lahaina Town from the beach to the highway, including two boat harbors, 7 surf spots, and numerous parks.

This local event is in conjunction with the Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Clean Up Day. Giving local residents and visitors the opportunity to join in a global effort to remove litter and debris from our coastal environment. Groups of volunteers made up of divers, students, parents, and volunteers spent the day picking up trash and maintaining our coastline.

Tropic Water would like to give a big Mahalo to all those that had a part, and we look forward to helping out again next year.
